A nice close-up of Rumi, Miki's biological mom. Cel is numbered A15 and does not come with its douga (I may have the remnants of the douga lying aroung here somewhere, though). There is some minor paint loss around the edges of her hair.
This cel is pretty rare--I've only seen one cel of Rumi in the past 2+ years. If I remember correctly, it's from one of the early episodes in the first season.
